By using STENGEN (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
The service lets you upload images and generate tattoo stencil previews using AI. You may use it only for lawful purposes. You must not upload content that infringes others’ rights, is illegal, or violates our policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you upload.
Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for operational or legal reasons.
AI-generated output
Stencil results are generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability for any particular use (including professional tattooing). Output is for preview and inspiration only. You use generated stencils at your own risk.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to the images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service (e.g. sending to AI providers). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content or of the stencil images you generate for your own use.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
